About the Owner

Hi! I'm a self taught painter and all around crafter based out of Ohio. I like to keep myself busy, and creativity has always been my outlet. I've dabbled in about every flat medium from pastels, to inks, and charcoal. Textured and 3D mediums such as clay are satisfying to work with, but are usually a larger labor of love, and heavier to transport, and bigger to store in our tiny home.

So why feathers? Well my aunt had a painted feather that I've admired. While visiting one day, I found a lovely spotted feather walking in her neighborhood. I thought maybe I'd give it a go, and one thing led to another, and I'm in love. Each new feather found or given to me is one of a kind, which makes each painting feel extra special from the start. Holding each feather and thinking about what bird they remind me of, or what the inspire, that's such a fun process to me. I hope that each customer sees that joy, that adventure, and the imagination in each of my pieces.
